Nimatron is a private trading firm headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. We trade our own capital. No outside investors. No managed accounts. No divided attention.
Nimatron deploys proprietary capital across futures and equity markets through fully automated, systematic strategies developed and maintained entirely in-house. The firm does not accept outside investment and is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Research precedes everything. Engineering makes it executable. Risk keeps it alive.
Statistical inference is applied to market data across instruments and timeframes. Every method is developed in-house, validated against out-of-sample data, and held privately. Nimatron does not license, adopt, or adapt external models.
Infrastructure is built and owned entirely by our team. Performance is a design discipline - systems are evaluated on how they behave under stress, not only on what they return in favorable conditions.
Capital deployment is governed by internally defined frameworks applied without exception. Exposure is measured continuously. The rules do not change with market conditions.
Certainty is not the goal. Repeatability is.
Nimatron does not trade on belief, narrative, or intuition. A condition either meets the criteria or it does not. Conviction is not a substitute for precision — it is the enemy of it.
Every element that cannot defend its presence in a system is a liability. The most important work at Nimatron is not addition — it is elimination. What survives that process is the only thing worth trusting.
A system that behaves identically in drawdown and in profit is the only system worth running at scale. Returns follow from discipline. Not the other way around.
